Our approach
How We Run Research
Short surveys, optional follow-up conversations, and aggregated analysis — that's the whole method right now. No product exists yet to sell you, so there's nothing this research is trying to justify. It's genuinely open.
What We're Testing For
We use four questions to organize what we're learning. They're not a promise about a product — they're what we're trying to find out is true or false for Arizona drivers today.
S — Simple
Is it easy to understand what you're paying for and why?
T — Transparent
Does the price you're quoted match the price you pay, and are changes explained before you have to ask?
A — Affordable
Does the cost feel proportionate to your actual risk, without unnecessary fees or friction?
R — Respectful
When something goes wrong — a claim, a lapse, a rate hike — does the company treat you like a person or a number?
Compliance Posture
StarPath Auto research is not an insurance quote site, application portal, or sales funnel. We do not request driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information, or detailed driving records through our surveys.
